Ambulance vehicles presented to Nakhchivan AR on behalf of Azerbaijani President

On September 23, on behalf of the head of state, the emergency medical aid vehicles were presented by the chairman of the Management Board of the State Agency for Mandatory Medical Insurance to the Prime Minister of Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic at the Republican Olympic Center, said the chairman of Management Board of institution Zaur Aliyev, the Agency told APA.

According to him, the development of the aforementioned sphere has always been in the focus of the attention of President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev: “According to the task of the country’s leader, new emergency medical aid vehicles have been brought to the country by the Agency. The first batch of the newly ordered emergency medical aid vehicles was brought in July of the current year, while the next part – in September. The new Ambulance-Perinatal vehicle meeting the up-to-date standards brought into the Republic along with other emergency medical aid vehicles is an innovation in the country’s health sphere”.

Then the Prime Minister of Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic accepted from the chairman of the Management Board of the Agency 7 units of emergency medical aid vehicles including 5 simple and 2 mobile intensive care unit vehicles assembled on the base of the vehicle of Mercedes Sprinter 316 brand.
