Drivers, as well as taxi drivers without COVID-19 passport not to be allowed to operate from October 1

"According to the Decision #229 of the Cabinet of Ministers dated July 26, 2021, cargo and passenger transportation via automobile vehicles, as well as taxi activity are included in the working and service fields, in which vaccination against COVID-19 and having an immune certificate are required," said head of press service of the State Road Transport Service under the Ministry of Transport, Communications and High Technologies of Azerbaijan Nurida Allahyarova, APA reports.

"From October 1, if drivers without an immune certificate and COVID-19 passport are detected, their participation in the route will not be allowed," noted N. Allahyarova.
