"I was captured in 1999. Mkrtichyan Ludvik Mkrtichovich has personally tortured me with the reinforcing steel", said Garib Rovshanoglu, who is recognized as a victim in the trial case of Armenian militants, who tortured Azerbaijani captives, APA reports.
He noted that Mkrtichyan Ludvik has personally recognized him: “He recognized me during the investigation. When we were a captive, he was translating and also torturing us. He knows the Azerbaijani language well. He was beating us with the reinforcing steel, and torturing more severely”.
