Joint large-scale military training with Turkey kicks off in Azerbaijan from today

Based on the agreement about military cooperation between Azerbaijan and Turkey, according to the annual plan, the Live Fire Joint Large-Scale Tactical and Flight-Tactical Exercises with the participation of the Land Forces and the Air Force of both countries kicks off in our country from today, APA reports.

The exercises will involve military personnel, armored vehicles, artillery mounts and mortars, combat and transport helicopters of the Air Force, as well as Air Defense Units and Anti-Aircraft Missile Units of the Armies of the two countries.

Based on the plan, the training will be held with the participation of military aviation facilities from July 29 until August 10 in Baku, Nakhchivan, Ganja, Kurdamir and Yevlakh cities, and during August 1-5 with the involvement of land troops in Baku and Nakhchivan.
