"Ministry of Emergency Situation has broadened scope of its activity in accordance with instruction of head of state in order to provide people's security and remove current problems, started organization of relevant structures in the territories, liberated from occupation. Departments of the State Fire Protection Service have already been functioning in Fuzuli, Jabrayil, Zangilan, Gubadli, Shusha, Kalbajar cities, and Hadrut settlement of Khojavand district," Minister of Emergency Situations, Colonel-General Kamaladdin Heydarov wrote in his article to "Azerbaijan" newspaper, APA reports.
He said that all departments have been provided with relevant equipment for implementation of service at a high level: "Furthermore, relevant units of Karabakh Regional State Fire Control Department of the State Fire Control Service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations have started activity in Fuzuli, Jabrayil, Zangilan, Gubadli, and Khojavand districts. In order to provide relevant execution of Article 6.1 of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On organization of special temporary management in territories of the Republic of Azerbaijan, liberated from occupation", Ministry of Emergency Situations has taken under preservation Sugovushan water reservoir, liberated from occupation, in Terter district. Thus, uninterreupted control regime of 24 hours is applied in the territory by relevant forces of the MES Special Risky Rescue Service in order to provide security of the water reservoir."
