TANAP to ensure transportation of gas volumes envisaged for Europe, starting next year

Transportation of gas in the volume of 12,2 bln. Cubic metres via Trans-Anatolian gas pipeline this year, said Saltuk Düzyol, General Director of TANAP Consortium at the press conference, APA-Economics reports.

According to him, 6 bln. cubic metres of mentioned volumes are envisaged for Turkey, while 6,2 bln. Cubic metres for Europe.

S. Duzyol also noted that transportation of gas via TANAP envisaged for Europe will gradually increase and during 2022 annual transportation volumes this indicator will reach 10,5 bln. Cubic metres. Annual revenues obtained from the activity of TANAP will be more than USD 1,5 bln. from 2022 (after the pipeline reaches full transport capacity), said S. Duzyol.
