Armenian opposition losses duties in Parliament

Vice-speaker of Armenian Parliament Ishkhan Saghatelyan and chairman of Committee on economic issues Vahe Hakobyan have been dismissed from their posts, APA reports citing Sputnik Armenia.

Chairman of Counting Commission Narek Babayan has noted that both deputies have been dismissed from their posts via secret voting held by Civil Contract Party in the Parliament.

Ruling fraction has reminded that both opposition MPs did not join most of the votings in the Parliament.

Although a member of Hayastan Bloc Vahe Hakobyan and his fraction partner, Ishkhan Saghatelyan, who has had one of the leading posts in the Dashnaksutyun Party, have lost their duties, they have maintained MP mandates.
