Kazakh and Kyrgyz presidents offered condolences to Turkiye

President of Kazakhstan Kasim-Jomart Tokayev and President of Kyrgyzstan Sadir Japarov offered their condolences regarding the earthquake that struck Turkiye, APA reports citing the presidential administrations of the countries.

The leaders of both countries gave relevant instructions to provide assistance to Turkiye to eliminate the consequences of the devastating earthquake.

Note that a 7.4-magnitude earthquake was recorded in central Türkiye on Monday. The quake’s epicenter was located 26 km away from the city of Gaziantep, with a population of about 1.06 million. The source of the earthquake was 7 km below the surface.
