Putin expressed his condolences to Erdogan and confirmed his readiness to help.

Russian President Vladimir Putin will have a phone call with Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan today, APA’s Moscow correspondent reports citing the Kremlin press service.
Putin will discuss with Erdogan the issue of providing assistance to those affected by the earthquake.
“The Russian side has also expressed its readiness to provide emergency assistance to the leadership of Turkiye, which suffered significant damage from the earthquake, through relevant channels. Vladimir Putin will speak with the President of the Republic of Turkiye, Recep Tayyip Erdogan, about this issue today,” says Kremlin.
