West wages no longer hybrid but real war against Russia

Ukraine could clarify through mediators how it sees the further development of the situation and possible negotiations with Russia, says Rusian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov at the briefing with his South African counterpart, APA's Moscow correspondent report.

Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov says the conflict between Moscow and the West can no longer be classified as a hybrid war and is now almost a real war: Western representatives directly say to Kiev that it is too early to negotiate with Russia, negotiations on the conflict should start from a position of strength, and Russia should be returned to the borders of 1991.
