On the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Federative Republic of Brazil, the opening ceremony of the Baku Brazil Movie Festival took place with the organization of the Ministry of Culture and the Embassy of the Federative Republic of Brazil in our country, APA reports.
Delivering an opening speech, Azerbaijan's first Deputy Minister of Culture Elnur Aliyev emphasized that holding such festivals is a sample that Azerbaijani culture is open to cooperation.
The Brazilian Ambassador in Azerbaijan, Manuel Adalberto Carlos Montenegro-Lopes-da-Cruz talked about the importance of the festival.
Then the film entitled "10 Seconds to Win" was presented.
Note that the festival will last until April 3.
