The closing ceremony of the V Congress of World Azerbaijanis has been held in Shusha, APA reports.
"Honored Scientist" honorary title, "Honorary Diploma of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan", “Dostlug” order, "Tereqqi" medal have been presented to the representatives of the diaspora who were awarded in accordance with the orders of the President Ilham Aliyev for their services in the development of the Azerbaijani Diaspora.
Address of participants of the Victory Congress to the Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has been adopted in the closing ceremony.
