There are facts of inhuman treatment and torture of Azerbaijani soldiers by the Armenian military, and a video has been released, APA reports.
The video shows that the Azerbaijani soldiers taken captive by the Armenian armed forces are being treated inhumanely and subjected to torture by the Armenian military.
Within the mandate, the Ombudsman of Azerbaijan appeals to relevant international organizations to end the torture of and to return our compatriots who were taken captive and held hostage and she also keeps this issue in the spotlight of the international community.
