A number of persons penalized for issuing illegal calls on social networking over power cut and assault on Ganja head of executive authority

A number of persons have been penalized in Azerbaijan for issuing illegal calls on social networking sites over the recent power cut throughout the country and the armed assault on Ganja’s head of executive authority.

 

The Interior Ministry told APA that 10 people have been put on remand for 30 days.

 

Several others will remain in custody for 10 to 25 days.

 

Some others have been issued a warning against.
