Presidential elections were held during the winter session of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE), APA's Britain bureau reports.
As a result of the elections, Dutch MP Tiny Kox was re-elected President of the Organization. He won 175 votes and defeated his Ukrainian opponent Oleksandr Merezhko.
