Consumer credit risks of banks will be defined with new rules from May 1. 2020 to January 1, 2021 regarding coronavirus pandemics (COVID-19), APA reports.
It has been reflected in the "Temporary regulation rules of credit organizations regarding coronavirus pandemics (COVID-19)", approved by the Board of the Central Bank of Azerbaijan.
According to the decision, 9.3.8.2, 9.3.8.3, 9.3.9.1, 9.3.10.1 sub-articles, and 9.4 article of the "Rules of calculation of bank capital and its adequacy" will not cover risky groups on consumer credits until January 1, 2021.
