World Bank to prepare special research on Azerbaijan

The World Bank will prepare special economic and financial research on Azerbaijan, the Ministry of Economy told APA-Economics.

According to the information, this has been noted in the meeting held in video-conference format between the minister Mikayil Jabbarov and delegation led by World Bank Country Manager for Azerbaijan Sarah Michael.

During the meeting, the main aspects of the research were brought to the attention and it was noted that the Country Economic Memorandum (CEM), the Financial Sector Assessment Program (FSAP), and the Systematic Country Diagnostic (SCD), which will be prepared by the bank, will contribute to the achievement of priority development goals.

The parties exchanged views on cooperation with the Ministry of Economy in the preparation of these researches.
