The administrator declares invalid the contracts (for last two years), in which following cases appear within 45 days, and takes measures to restore lost assets and compensate the loss:
1. Alienation/exploitation of bank’s property under the low conditions
2. Presenting extra-ordinary concessions to the clients with loan agreements
3. Contracts signed to acquire bank assets
4. Deals with several creditors which envisage privileges and concessions
5. Contracts with relevant persons which are illegal or threats creditors’ interests
6. Procurement at a price higher than bank’s real value
7. Inflation of value of credit guarantees
