Strategy of Cybersecurity in Financial Markets adopted in Azerbaijan

Central Bank of Azerbaijan (CBA) adopted Strategy of Cybersecurity in Financial Markets, CBA told APA-Economics.

With the support of the International Finance Corporation (IFC) - a member of the World Bank Group, the Strategy of Cybersecurity in Financial Markets for 2023-2026 was prepared and approved. The purpose of the document is to strengthen cyber resilience in Azerbaijan's financial markets against the backdrop of growing cyber threats in order to ensure financial stability.

The strategy includes activities on 5 strategic priorities and aims to create a sustainable cyber security environment in financial markets.
