Hayee noted that Pakistan and Azerbaijani people understand each other, and the drama that two people faced, and what is occupation well: “Because Azerbaijani lands have been under occupation for many years. The negotiations have continued for many years, finally, Azerbaijanis have sacrificed their lives and liberated their territories. We hope that  Kashmiris will also live the happiness of the end of the occupation soon”.
