Secretary General of TURKSOY: "Historical justice and law are on Azerbaijan's side"

Dusen Kaseinov, Secretary-General of TURKSOY has sent a letter to the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev, APA reports.

“Dear Mr. President, I feel deep pain due to aggressor acts against brotherly Azerbaijani people, with the conflict to be resolved within the norms and principles of international law soon, justice to find its place and territorial integrity of Azerbaijan to be ensured.

I attentively track how Azerbaijan’s renowned culture and fine arts figures stand by their own state in these hard days of the country and support your people, express their endless love for the Motherland, the extent of their concern for the fate of the country’s future generations. I also sincerely share the sensitivity shown and the ideas voiced by the intellectuals with a number of which I worked together and was on friendly terms. As a cultural figure, I deeply feel the pain and suffering of the Azerbaijani people and wish to rejoin the ancestral Azerbaijani lands with peace, law, and order and welfare in near future.

The historical justice and law are in favor of Azerbaijan. I am sure that under the leadership of Your excellency, the Azerbaijani people will decently overcome these hardships as well, we will together with the whole Turkic world observe the revitalization of fine arts, culture, and life on these historic lands that are sacred for each Azerbaijani.

Availing from this pleasant opportunity, I ask from Allah mercy on souls of soldiers who died in the battles, and quick recovery to the wounded people”.
