"The accusations of Armenia, which grossly violated the norms and principles of international law over the past 30 years and did not fulfill most of the obligations assumed after the 2020 war in the framework of the Tripartite Statement of November 10, 2020, that Azerbaijan, whose lands occupied by Armenia, that Azerbaijan does not fulfill its obligations are completely unfounded," noted in the comment of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan on the statement of Armenia against Azerbaijan, APA reports.

"At the same time, it is unacceptable that Armenia trying to distort the last decision of the International Court of Justice (ICJ) and present their dreams as a reality accuses that allegedly Azerbaijan deviates from the fulfillment of the decision," noted in the comment.
