In order to implement this policy, he chose fertile conditions to tear down a part of the territory of Azerbaijan and unite it to itself. Armenian dashnaks, Armenian separatists, Armenian terrorism organizations all together first find a way to traitor political leadership of the USSR, made deal with them and united their all efforts to tear apart Nagorno-Karabakh, an integral part of Azerbaijan, from it and to unite it to Armenia,” Kh. Khalafov stressed.
