Japanese mayor: The steps taken to develop relations with Azerbaijan yield positive results

"The steps taken to develop diplomatic relations between Azerbaijan and Japan always yield positive results," said Masaru Koizumi, the mayor of Shika city, Japan, at the event organized at Baku European High School, APA reports.

He noted that a friendship agreement was signed between the city of Shika and the Khatai district of Baku.
