Representatives of diplomatic corps accredited to Azerbaijan on a resident basis got acquainted with Fuzuli airport, APA reports.
Emin Huseynov, the special representative of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan in the liberated territories included in the Karabakh economic region, informed the foreign diplomats about the reconstruction and restoration works.
He introduced the diplomats to the master plan of the city of Fuzuli. The special representative emphasized that three elements - sustainable development, smart villages and lifestyle are taken into account in the reconstruction and restoration of the region.
He added that 50 percent of the jobs to be created will be related to the service sector.

The visit of representatives of diplomatic corps accredited in Azerbaijan to Shusha has begun, APA reports.
The plane carrying representatives of the diplomatic corps landed at Fuzuli International Airport.
Within the framework of the visit, representatives of the diplomatic corps and military representatives will participate in a conference on the works and plans carried out in the field of restoration and reconstruction in the liberated territories, the use of demining and urban development potential in the post-conflict period, and general international cooperation opportunities.
In addition that on the first day of the visit, on August 26, diplomats accredited in Azerbaijan on a non-resident basis arrived in the liberated territories, and today the visit of diplomats on a resident basis begins.
Note that more than 100 diplomats and military representatives from more than 60 countries and 19 international organizations are participating in the visit.
