Erdogan: “If Armenians take lesson from experience in Karabakh, it will be beginning of a new stage in the region”

“Our about 1 million refugee and internally-displaces brothers, who have been away from their homeland for years and burning with longing for their homeland, are looking forward to returning their native territories,” said Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan at the Victory Parade in Baku's Azadliq (Freedom) Square today, APA reports.
Turkish President said that believes their longing will end within the shortest period of time: “Armenian political leadership used sources of its nation in order to be able to keep Azerbaijani territories under occupation. If these funds were not spent on weapons, useless defense lines, passion of management, of which eyes are covered with grudge and blood, there would be a different scene today.”
R. T. Erdogan noted that he believes Armenian people will be gotten rid of captivity of slanders of Diaspora, which subjected them lies of the past, poverty: “Relations in a condition of good neighborhood, instead of enmity, should be re-established. If Armenian people take lesson from experience in Karabakh, it will be a beginning of a new period.”
