Turkish National Defense Minister Hulusi Akar has held phone conversations with Azerbaijani Defense Minister Zakir Hasanov, the Turkish Embassy in Azerbaijan disseminated information regarding this, APA reports.
H.Akar noted that the work has been completed on the establishment of the Turkish-Russian Joint Monitoring Center. The Center, which Turkish and Russian soldiers will work, will start operating from tomorrow: “We believe that the Center, where one general and 38 of our staff will work, will contribute to the continuation of the ceasefire, peace and stability”.
