Head of the Azerbaijani Community of Nagorno Garabagh region of the Republic of Azerbaijan Tural Ganjaliyev has addressed Armenian Community, APA reports.
The address reads:
"I greet citizens of Armenian origin, living in occupied region of the Republic of Azerbaijan Nagorno Garabagh!
I address you from yard of the Armenian church, situated in the center of Baku city!
Aggressive Armenia, which keeps you as a hostage, and criminal junta regime, established in occupied Azerbaijani territories by it, purposefully settling military facilities near residential settlements put under danger your lives!
I ask you to keep away from military facilities, located near residential settlements in the combat zones!
Although Azerbaijan’s armed forces take all security measures for your lives and health as full-fledged citizens of the Republic of Azerbaijan, your being responsible and keeping away from military facilities like civilians are very important!
In order to stop war within the shortest period of time and establish peace and welfare in historical territory of Azerbaijan Nagorno Garabagh, I call on You – citizens of the Republic of Azerbaijan of Armenian origin, to lay down guns and end junta regime by supporting the Azerbaijani Army!
