"I assure you that Germany is greatly interested in expansion of our friendship relations from now on too," has added Steinmeier
Frank-Walter Steinmeier has noted that Azerbaijan is the most significant economic and trade partner of Germany in the South Caucasus: "Azerbaijan plays an important role in energy security, diversification of energy supply of our country. We want to strengthen relations, especially in this field in the future with satisfaction."
