Assistant to President said that the mitigations are applied with compliance with sanitary-epidemiological rules, decrease in the number of infections: “The issue here is not the weather. Although the risk of infection in the open air is less, sanitary-epidemiological rules should be strictly observed. Because if infections increase, we will be forced to apply lockdowns again.”
