TABIB: Talks on coronavirus vaccine are not underway with Russia

“Each vaccine has to go through three main stages before it can be widely used,” said head of Department of TABIB Yagut Garayeva at the press conference of the Task Force under the Cabinet of Ministers of Azerbaijan, APA reports.

She noted that no concrete talks on vaccine have been started with Russia: “We think to buy some vaccines which are recognized in international level and in connection with international organizations, and to bring them to Azerbaijan. We have also contacted well-known manufacturers in Europe. We should wait for regarding the Russian vaccine. The information is giving hope. But it is too early to say a concrete word.”
