Mahmoud Vaezi meets with Shahin Mustafayev

Mahmoud Vaezi, head of the Presidential Administration of Iran has met with deputy prime minister of Azerbaijan Shahin Mustafayev who is on a visit to Iran, APA’s bureau in Tehran reports.

Noting that the relations between Iran and Azerbaijan reached a strategic level in all areas and emphasizing that the strengthening of relations between the two countries every day is for the benefit of the peoples of Azerbaijan and Iran, Mahmoud Vaezi emphasized the need to accelerate the implementation of joint projects, especially in the field of energy and transport

Shahin Mustafayev noted that strengthening relations with Iran is a priority in Azerbaijan's foreign policy: “Relations between the two countries have been established at the highest level in recent years, and the political will of the presidents has played a very influential role in this area.”
