French Director-General of Health Jerome Salomon revealed on Monday the government plans to lift outdoor mask requirements on June 30, however keeping the mandate in effect for all indoor spaces, APA reports citing Teletrader.
"If everything goes well, we will remove a number of restrictions on June 30," Salomon said in an interview with RTL, calling on French citizens to get vaccinated against the COVID-19.
France has detected around 4,000 new positive cases on average in recent days, marking the lowest figures since August last year.
