IMF: Azerbaijani economy to grow by 2% next year - FORECAST

Based on the new forecast for Azerbaijan issued by the International Monetary Fund (IMF), the GDP growth rate in the country will make up 2% in 2021, says the October issue of the World Economic Outlook report of IMF, APA-Economics reports.

It was also noted in the report that the Azerbaijani economy will reduce by 4% this year due to the coronavirus pandemic.

Note that the fund expected in April that the Azerbaijani economy will reduce by 2,2% in 2020, and will grow by 0,7% in 2021.
