Azerbaijani deputy FM: What Armenia did to Azerbaijani captives and hostages - crime against humanity

“Azerbaijan has always supported UN resolutions,” said deputy foreign minister of Azerbaijan Elnur Mammadov, APA reports.

According to the Deputy Minister, as a result of the Armenian aggression against Azerbaijan, 3890 people went missing, 3171 of those are servicemen and 719 civilians: "Armenia has taken 267 civilians hostage. In particular, 29 children, 98 women and 112-year-olds were taken hostage by Armenians and were not returned: “Armenia has taken 267 people hostages. As well as, 29 children, 98 women, 112 elderly people were taken hostages by Armenians and were not returned. Azerbaijani hostages are kept in very bad conditions, most of them die due to it. This is a crime against humanity.”
