Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kyrgyzstan has congratulated the people of Azerbaijan on the occasion of November 8 - Victory Day, the Ministry wrote on Twitter, APA reports.
"We congratulate the brotherly Republic of Azerbaijan with celebration on the 8th of November the historical restoration of the territorial integrity of Azerbaijan in accordance with the Charter of the United Nations and the resolutions of the UN Security Council.
On this auspicious occasion, we wish further progress, development, and prosperity to the Government and People of Azerbaijan," reads the tweet.
