Azerbaijan and Belarus may expand relations on agriculture

A meeting of members of the Azerbaijan-Belarus Working Group on Agriculture and Food Security was held between the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Belarus, the Ministry told APA.

Delegations led by the Co-chair of the Working Group on the Azerbaijani side, Deputy Minister of Agriculture, Elchin Zeynalov and Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Food of Belarus Ivan Smilgin, co-chair of the Working group, from the Belarusian side have attended the meeting.

It was noted at the meeting that there is great potential for expanding relations between the two countries in the field of agriculture.
