At about 09:15 on July 29, 2020, military serviceman of compulsory active military service of the military unit # N of the State Border Service situated in Garadagh district, soldier Gurbanli Natig Elchin called up for active military service in April of 2019 died as a result of the incident occurred due to negligence during implementation of general labor activities, the SBS told APA.
The relevant investigation regarding this incident is being conducted by employees of the State Border Service and the Military Prosecutor’s Office.
