An appeal will be made to international institutions in order to bring Araik Arutunyan to criminal responsibility, reads the statement in this regard issued by General Prosecutor Kamran Aliyev, APA reports.
The statement says the necessary measures are taken for bringing to criminal responsibility of “president of Nagorno Garabagh Republic” Araik Arutunyan and other military and political leaders of that illegal formation in regard to committing by them of the crimes against peace and humanity including war crimes: “The making of appeal in this regard to all international institutions will be ensured”.
