8.38 billion cubic meters have been transported from Azerbaijan to Turkey (to Botas Company) through the Trans-Anatolian gas pipeline (TANAP) from the commissioning of the pipeline (June 30, 2018) until now, said Director-General of the TANAP Consortium Saltuk Duzyol at the press conference, APA-Economics reports.

According to him, 2 billion cubic meters of gas was transported for Turkey via the pipeline in the first transportation year (June 30, 2018 - June 30, 2019), 4 billion during the second year (June 30, 2019 - June 30, 2020), while the indicator will reach 6 billion cubic meters in the third year (June 30, 2020 - June 30, 2021). In the future years, transportation of gas, produced in the Shah Deniz field situated in the Azerbaijan sector of the Caspian Sea, in the volume of 6 billion cubic meters to Turkey through the pipeline will be continued.
