More than 10 mln. tones of oil transported through BTC this year

In January-April of this year, 12 826 thousand tones of oil were transported through the main oil pipelines in Azerbaijan, which is 1% less in comparison to the relevant period of 2019, State Statistics Committee told APA-Economics.

According to the information, 80,2% of transportation has been carried out via Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan oil export pipeline and in January-April of the current year, 10 289,8 thousand tones of oil sent through this pipeline (1,85% decrease in comparison to January-April of 2019)

"During the period, 1,486.5 thousand tons of transit oil (2,4% decrease) was also transferred through BTC,” the information reads.
