Archbishop Alexander Ishein: “These days to be one of the brightest pages of 21st Century”

"Today is the big day, we are in the happiness of liberation of Karabakh, Karabakh is Azerbaijan," said the Archbishop of the Baku and Azerbaijan Eparchy of the Russian Orthodox Church Alexander Ishein in his statements to journalists, APA reports.
He stressed that a commemoration ceremony has been organized for martyrs of the Patriotic war today: “May their memories always live in our hearts. This war will remain in Azerbaijan history as not only the second Karabakh war but also the Patriotic War. We attempted to liberate our occupied territories and achieved our wish, Thank God. We are looking forward to the parade to be held on the occasion of the victory in order to express our gratitude to both Supreme Commander-in-Chief and our brave Army. These days will be the most bright pages of the history of the 21st century. I congratulate all on the occasion of Victory and pray for souls of our martyrs, wish God mercy for them.”
