US, European stocks go up

The U.S. Dow Jones stock index rose 0.57% to 19,912.71 points, S&P 500 raised 0.66% to 2,280,07 points and NASDAQ surged 0.86% to 5,600.96 points.

 

In the European stock markets, FTSE 100 index went down by 0.01% to 7,150.34 points, Germany’s DAX ascended 0.43% to 11,594.94 and French CAC 40 soared 0.18% to 4,830.03.

 

At the latest COMEX auctions, gold price descended $5.40 to $1,205.40 an ounce, and silver went down $0.12 to $17.07.
