NATO forces deployed in the European Union (EU) can launch military operations without mobilization, the Secretary of the State Security Council of the Republic of Belarus Alexander Volfovich said during his speech at the meeting of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (PA CSTO) in Minsk, APA reports.
Volfovich noted that the organization he leads has recognized dangerous changes in the Alliance's activities, and NATO's military groups in Europe are capable of launching military operations without mobilizing.
