Administrative-Economical Court of Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, Baku Administrative-Economical Court #1, Baku Administrative Economic Court #.2, Ganja Administrative Economic Court, Sumgayit Administrative-Economic Court, Shirvan Administrative Economic Court and Sheki Administrative-Economic Court have been abolished, APA reports.
This is reflected in the order of President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev on the application of the Law "On Amendments to the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan" on Courts and Judges and organization of Administrative Courts and Commercial Courts.
According to the order, the following administrative courts were organized:
Administrative Court of Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic - Nakhchivan city;
Baku Administrative Court - in Baku;
Ganja Administrative Court - in Ganja;
Sumgait Administrative Court - Sumgait city;
Shirvan Administrative Court - Shirvan city;
Sheki Administrative Court - in Sheki.
The following commercial courts were formed under the order:
Commercial Court of Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic - Nakhchivan city;
Baku Commercial Court - in Baku;
Ganja Commercial Court - in Ganja;
Sumgayit Commercial Court - Sumgait city;
Shirvan Commercial Court - in Shirvan city;
Sheki Commercial Court - in Sheki.
