The presidential election in Azerbaijan was organized professionally and effectively, Juha Korkeaora, a member of the Finnish observation mission, said in Baku on April 12, APA reports.
He noted that the election was held in a transparent, fair and free atmosphere and in accordance with international standards.
“No campaigns were conducted outside polling stations. There was free and unrestricted access to the polling stations. Voters were properly registered and included in the voter list," Korkeaora added.
