“Today as a result of the large-scale activity of President Ilham Aliyev, Azerbaijan experiences its most spectacular period of growth in its history,” said Azerbaijan’s Prime Minister Ali Asadov at the conference “Heydar Aliyev and independent state building: history and modernity of socio-economic transition”, APA reports.
According to him, Karabakh and Eastern Zangazur turned into large-scale construction, building field, and life started to revive in these lands by realization of the program of Great Return: “The Heydar Aliyev Foundation, under the leadership of First Vice-President Mehriban Aliyeva, is implementing major projects in the field of restoration and reconstruction of our religious and historical monuments and cultural pearls in these lands.”
