The leaders of the Normandy format (Germany, Russia, Ukraine, France), created in the first months of the armed conflict in Donbass to resolve the situation in the east of Ukraine, will gather on Monday in Paris for the first time after a three-year break, APA reports citing TASS.

Following the results of the last meeting of the Normandy Format, held on October 19, 2016 in Berlin, the foreign ministers of Germany, Russia, Ukraine and France were instructed to develop a "road map" for the implementation of the Minsk agreements. It should have described in detail the actions of the parties, their sequence and timeframe, including key provisions on a political settlement - holding elections in the region and legislatively securing a special status in the region.
