A Molotov cocktail was thrown into the Turkish Embassy in Poland on Tuesday, APA reports citing CNN Turk.
“A Molotov cocktail was thrown into the building of the Turkish Embassy on Rakovetskaya Street,” the statement said.
It is noted that no one was injured as a result of the incident. The fire was extinguished by the embassy staff.
According to unofficial information from the radio station, the police detained a 34-year-old Turkish citizen. “Based on the surveillance footage, the man was accompanied by a second man who escaped,” the report said.
In addition, on the sidewalk, police found a paper bag containing four Molotov cocktails, according to RMF FM.
