Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan will offer his Ukrainian counterpart to organize a meeting between him and Russia's head of state Vladimir Putin, the television channel A Haber reported on Thursday, APA reports citing A Haber.
According to the report, Erdogan will make the proposal during his encounter with Zelensky and United Nations (UN) Secretary-General Antonio Guterres, which will take place later in the day.
The allegations came after Kremlin Press Secretary Dmitry Peskov said there would be no meeting between Putin and Zelensky until negotiators on both the Russian and Ukrainian sides had "done their homework" on the conflict.
